The building requirements for Antebellum are as follows:

•  Design & Architectural Review Board must approve plans, specifications, & Landscaping
•  Two Story Homes Must be 2,200 Square Feet.
•  Ranch and One and One Half Story Homes must be 1,600 Square Feet.
•  Exterior Basement Walls Finished to Grade.
•  Each Home Must Have at Least A 2 Car Garage
•  Fencing in Rear Yard Only and Not to Exceed 4 Feet in Height.
•  Approved Landscaping Required for Each Home.
•  Limited On Street Parking
•  In Ground Swimming Pools Only
•  Set Back Requirements; Front 35 FT, Side 9 FT (corner lot 30FT), Back 30FT

Most of the homes in this community are priced from $260,000 - $450,000+ (including the lot)
